The UR62 refractometer is placed directly into a drain or a lift station. The lens is facing the flow to ensure a proper cleaning of the optical.

The UR62 digital refractometer is a probe designed for simple installation in-line or in a tank or vessel. It continuously measures concentration and displays and outputs the result in Brix or nD or % concentration with basic accuracy. The UR62 will signal to the process when concentration is outside of specifications or has reached its target end point by means of analogue 4-20 mA output. The probe is easily set up and configured through a PC or portable computing device using its built in RS485 interface. It can also be connected to the optional RC-24 touch screen operator display unit. The analyzer does not have any drift in the time so that it does not need any adjustment vs the laboratory: after the initial configuration during start up, the operators in the plant do not have to touch the system anymore. Due to the optical technology, the equipment is virtually no maintenance: the robust construction with 316 stainless steel and IP67 protection, allows the installation in any aggressive environment using various Maselli mounting adapters.

Description

The beer analyzer BA06 is the only real 100% in line system for the continuous analysis of Alcohol / Plato / Extract and CO2 the beer. In fact, due to its unique design, the Maselli sensors are measuring the beer when flowing in the main piping with no need of any bypass or bypass pump. This configuration is able to guarantee the best hygienic conditions eliminating any risk of contamination of the beer. The whole system, including Alcohol, Plato, Extract and CO2 sensors, maybe installed in one single Varivent fitting reducing dramatically the installation costs: as well, the sensors may be easily connected to the MP01 or MP02 receivers designed for user friendly interface. There are no moving parts in the equipment making it very robust and practically maintenance free: as well, the new optical CO2 sensors based on the ATR infrared principle eliminates the need of the expensive maintenance on the traditional pressure / temperature analyzers.

Online refractometer for CO2 analyzes.

Description

The carbonation analyzer UC09 is a 100% in line system able to measure accurately CO2 content of any carbonated beverage, beer, wine or mineral water: the installation can be easily made by means of 1 single Varivent fitting with no need of any bypass or pump. The equipment is optical using ATR infrared technology specifically developed by Maselli for this application being able to withstand standard and HT applications. The analyzer does not have any drift in the time so that it does not need any adjustment vs the laboratory: after the initial configuration during start up, the operators in the plant do not have to touch the system anymore. The measurement is very fast (3 seconds) and it helps the plant operators to control the process. Due to the optical technology, no moving parts, the equipment is virtually no maintenance reducing drastically the ownership costs in comparison with the traditional pressure / temperature construction.
