Description
Ultrasonic foam control for aseptic filling lines
The Sinaptec aseptic ultrasonic defoamer compresses foam above bottles and cans without contacting the product. Its acoustic action makes the foam denser, helping control foam during filling. The aseptic probe configuration is designed for integration into filling equipment for dairy, beverage and other process applications.
Aseptic probe design
- 316L stainless-steel housing with a titanium TA6V Grade 5 horn.
- DN40 clamp connection with EPDM gasket for routing the ultrasound cable and pneumatic lines.
- IP66 protection when the cable, pneumatic connections and DN40 clamp are correctly fitted.
- Generator control with local or remote start/stop and adjustable amplitude.
